19 Copa del Rey Agua Brava: regatta announcement

The 19ª Copa del Rey - Agua Brava, organised by the Real Club Náutico de Palma (RCNP), the Real Federación Española de Vela (RFEV) and the Federación Balear de Vela (FBV), will be held in the Bay of Palma de Mallorca between July 28 and August 6, 2000, inclusive.

The most important Mediterranean Regatta is sponsored by Agua Brava and the Palma Town Council with the collaboration of the Autoritat Portuària de Balears and the Spanish Fleet.

The official languages for the regatta are, Catalan, Castillian and English.

Participants may be boats with valid IMS Certificates for 2000 whose ILC is between 540 and 760 secs/mile (Groups A and B) , establishing a Group M for boats whose ILC is under 540 secs./mile, as long as there is a minimum of eight boats registered in this group.
