Electronic edition of the book "Alcúdia d'altre temps"

The Alcudia Town Council has just published on line the electronic reedition of the book "Alcúdia d'altre temps". The original, published in 1982, has 72 pages and the following people took part in its confection: Rafel Bordoy Valls (general coordinator); Bernat Cifre Forteza (epigraphs and coordination of texts) and Peter Knapp (lay out and present day photos). The edition of the book also had the collaboration by Parvis Boushehri and Benedict Jacober, plus the help of numerous people who supplied graphic material, news or their own enthusiasm.

Now, thanks to the new technologies and the work of the Computer Department of the Alcúdia Town Hall, the book is available to cybernauts who wish to find out more about the North East town of the Island.

The council's web publishes this month other novelties: the programme for the Alcúdia Auditorium, and the calendar of events for the programme "August in the Fresh Air" that includes, amongst other events, the XII Theatrical Show, for August 4, 12, 19 and 31 at the Roman Theatre.
