"L'AMANT" by Harold Pinter, at the Auditori d'Alcúdia

The Auditori d'Alcúdia will hold next Friday, November 3, at 10 p.m. the performance of "L'AMANT", by Harold Pinter, a coproduction by Gom Teatre and Cia Perestroika A-Tak.

Starring Caterina M. Alorda and Emilià Carilla, this subtle and intimate comedy premiered at the Teatre del Mar in spring 1999 and since then it has toured different theatres of the Balearics and Catalonia. In Barcelona it was extended for six weeks.

The argument of the production is based on a married couple who are worn out by monotony who talk extensively about their respective lovers in a balanced situation. The introduction of the lover makes them recover the necessary freshness but the situation, because of its danger, leads the relationship to human limits.
