Canal 33 will transmit the Nit de la Cultura"

Next Friday, the Nit de la Cultura of the Obra Cultural Balear will be held at the Casino de Mallorca. During the event, which will be transmitted live by Canal 33 and presented by the actor, Simó Andreu and the singer, Nina, there will be a tribute to Josep Melià Pericàs, Antoni Maria Alcover Sureda and Jaume Vidal Alcover, plus the prize giving of the Premis 31 de Desembre.

The prizes will be given this year to the Societat d’Història Natural de les Balears (Francesc de Borja Moll prize), to the geographer Antoni Ballester Vallori (Emili Darder prize), to the University professor Felip Cirer Costa (Josep Maria Llompart prize), to the singer and philologist Biel Majoral (Bartomeu Oliver prize), the lawyer Josep Melià Ques (Bartomeu Rosselló-Pòrcel prize), to the electronic publication VilaWeb (Gabriel Alomar prize) and to the photographers Antoni Catany and Antoni Vidal (Miquel dels Sants Oliver prize).
