"Las Manzanas del viernes", at the Auditorium

Concha Velasco stars in the love play by Antonio Gala "Las Manzanas de Viernes" that is being presented at the Palma Auditòrium between December 5 and 9. Directed by Francisco Marsó and accompanied by the actors Encarna Paso, Joaquín Luna, Cristina Castaño, Antonio Rosa and M. Paz Ballesteros, popular Concha Velasco portrays a mature, rich business woman, who keeps her private and sentimental life apart from the world of the popular press. The arrival in her life of a young lover will completely turn over her stable situation, and without her realising, she will become the centre of the society journals.

According to Gala himself, "Las Manzanas del Viernes is, luckily and unluckily, an eternal comedy. It forms is more real than realist."

Performances: December 5 and 7 at 10 p.m., 6 at 7 p.m.. 8 and 9 at 7 p.m. and 10.30 p.m.
