Poster Competition for Sa Rua and Sa Rueta 2001

The Palma Town Council and the Fundación Bartolomé March Servera have convened, another year, the competition for the best advertising posters to promote the carnival parades SA RUA 2001 and SA RUETA 2001, that will be held in Palma on February 26. The objective of the competition is to stimulate artistic creativity and to spread information about the Carnival 2001 festivities. The following prizes will be given: SA RUA 2001 poster - 200.000 ptas., SA RUETA 2001 poster - 75.000 ptas. and three prizes for 25.000 ptas.

Those interested can register for the competition between January 25 and February 9 at the Negociat de Música i Arts Escèniques of the Palma Town Hall in calle Almudaina 7A. Both the winning works and those chosen by the Jury, will be exhibited during the Carnival fiestas in Palma, address to be designated.
