The Balearic Government presented last Wednesday, March 21, the draught
law for stable couples. The proposal for the new norm understands a stable
couple to be the union of two people for over a minimum period of ten years,
or with common descendants, and recognizes the right of these, both heterosexuals
and homosexuals, to adopt children.
The fact that it recognises the right for homosexual couples to adopt
has raised a controversy between those for and against this possibility.
And what do you think?
Opinion poll:
Do
you think that homosexual couples have the right to adopt children?
