On Wednesday, April 11, the Mallorcan cinema screens will show for
the first time the carton film "Sonny, Lambert i el cas de la cua de Guineu".
The film can be seen in Catalan at the Cinema Rívoli in Palma.
"Sonny, Lambert i el cas de la cua de Guineu" (Gurin with the Foxtail)
is a Norwegian full length cartoon film, directed by Nille Tystad and orientated
towards children. The story is centred on a naughty fairy who lives
in a cold village in the North of Norway, who grows a long fox tail as
a punishment for having eaten, without permission, the Christmas cakes
that had been prepared by the farm cook. The stars, the duck Sonny
and the owl Lambert, are very popular characters in the Scandinavian countries,
created by the well known Norwegian writer
Kjell
Aukrust.
The film was shown in December and January in Ibiza and in January in
Menorca.
