Environmental Architecture Exhibition

The College of Architects of the Balearics (COAB), with the institutional support of the Consejo Superior de Colegios de Arquitectos de España and the Fundación COAM, is presenting the "I exposición de arquitectura medioambiental".

The itinerant exhibition, that has already visited several Spanish cities, comprises 60 panels on buildings, urban plans and other proposals that have in common certain commitment with the environment, with a view to promoting criteria of energy efficiency, sustainable use of resources, use of renewable energies and in general to be aware of the environmental costs when planning.

The exhibition completes the Jornadas de Arquitectura Bioclimática organised last October by the COAB.

The exhibition was opened yesterday at the COAB Mallorca and can be visited until June 8. Afterwards it will go to the COAB on Ibiza and Formentera, from June 13 to 20 and in Menorca from June 25 to 30.
