Over 50.000 titles in the XIX edition of the Book Fair

Once again, the Paseo del Born in Palma will be the scene of the Book Fair, that will take place from May 25 to June 3. The exhibition, that this year celebrates its XIX edition, is organised by Fires i Congressos de Balears and the Bookshop Guild of Mallorca, supported by the Consell de Mallorca and collaboration from Ayuntamiento de Palma.

This year the Book Fair has 69 direct and indirect exhibitors. There are 39 editorials, 14 book shops, 6 credit sales firms, 7 official entities, 2 distribution firms and an insurance firm. The majority of the exhibitors are from Mallorca although there are also some from Menorca, Ibiza, Barcelona, Valencia and Bilbao. According to the Guild, the visitors will be able to enjoy over fifty thousand books.

During the ten days of the fair, there will be numerous activities, both in the hall prepared for the occasion and in the stands, in which booksellers and editors have organised the presentation and signing of books.

Visiting times:
From Monday to Friday: from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays: from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 to 9 p.m.
