Spring Fairs and Fiestas in Manacor

The the Feria de Manacor on Sunday 27, the fourth in May as usual, the traditional period of Spring Fairs that have taken place in April and May in many towns of Mallorca, ends.

The "Fires i Festes" de Primavera 2001 de Manacor will start on Friday, May 25, at 5 p.m. with the arrival of the Cossiers who will perform the first dance outside the 'Casa de la Dama' to continue the route through the centre of the town arriving at the cloister of the Convent, where at 8.30 p.m. the writer, Biel Mesquida, will make the official proclamation for the fiestas followed by the performance by Aula 98.

On Sunday 27 there will be the traditional Fair and the festivities will continue until June 9 with all kinds of cultural and sporting activities.
