Third Mediterranean Poetry Festival

Next Tuesday, May 15 at 9pm, the "III Festival de Poesia de la Mediterrània" will be held at the Sala Mozart, in the Palma Auditòrium. This third edition organized by the Mallorcan Council will include twelve poets from different Mediterranean regions reciting their works. In this way we will be able to appreciate the diversity of alphabets, sounds, forms, colours and feelings that form a network of identities and cross breedings of this cultural mosaic which we form part of here in Mallorca.

The festival is directed by Biel Mesquida and the readings will be by José Maria Álvarez, Enric Casasses, Juana Castro, Narcís Comadira, Manuel Forcano, Hawad, Alberto Masala, Dolors Miquel, Joan Navarro, Jaume Pomar, Rami Saari and Jean Serra. Stage direction is by Rafel Lladó and the stage design by Jaume Falconer.
