Fiestas de Sant Pere in Port de Sóller

This weekend the fiestas for San Pedro Apostol, patron saint of fishermen, will be held.

The festive events start on Thursday 28 at 8.30 p.m. with rockets followed by the traditional maritime procession.

On Friday 29, St. Peter's day, in the morning there is a mass and the Pensioners' Party; in the evening there is a popular dance with the orchestras Trio Scarlatta and Trio Quimica Latina.

On Saturday 30 there will be sporting and children's activities and in the evening a dance with Trio Tango and the Orquesta Xalesa.

On Sunday July 1 the children's and sports proposals will continue, and also a street parade with the trumpet and drum band. In the evening traditional dances by Aires Sollerics, theatre with the group Picadís Teatre and finally rockets and fire cracker finale.
