XXI Mostra Internacional Folklòrica

Between July 24 and 29, the Soller valley will be the scene of the XXI International Folkdance Festival, that will have the participation of the groups Whitireia Performing Arts (New Zeland), Percussion group of the Kerala temple (Bombay, India), University of the East Dance Troupe (Filipinas), Ballet Kassoumaye (Senegal), Ergyron (esquimales de Rusia), Grup Castelló (Castelló) and "Aires Sollerics" (Mallorca).

Tuesday 24 at 9.30 p.m. in the Plaça Constitució the XXI Festival will open with the performances of all the participating groups.

The programme of the Festival also includes performances in Fornalutx on July 25; in Palma on 26; in Deià and Muro on 27; and in Sa Pobla, Alcúdia and Maria de la Salut on 28.

The closing ceremony will take place on July 30 at 6.30 p.m. in the Plaça Constitució in Soller and will also have the participation of all the groups involved in the Festival.
