Balearic Atlas

The digital "Atles de les Balears" digital, developed by the Laboratory of Geographic and Territorial Systems and Information (LSIG) of the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), presents a walk through the physical and human geography of the Balearic Islands.

Structured in three big categories --Topographic Map, Physical Geography and Human Geography--, the data base includes a huge number of maps with details on geography, history, meteorology, population, transports...

The Altas is a useful tool for students and researchers, and for anybody interested in learning more about the Balearic Islands.
