The
Fundació ACA from
Búger
will hold this Friday, April 25, a tribute to the African continent with
camitic music. During the event, that will start at 9 p.m., there will
be presentation of a creation dedicated to Andreu Buele and Maria del Carme
–parents of the well known Majorcan member of parliament,
Cecili
Buele–, with music by
Antoni
Caimari and visual creation by Claudio Boquet.
The following day, April 27, at 8.30 p.m. in the Sant Pere church in
Buger, there will be an organ and choir concert by the
Antics
Blauets de Lluc. They will interpret works by Vicens Joan Rubí.
The programme will continue on April 29 at 9 p.m. with the start of
the cycle for Poetic Mondays in the Piano Room of the Fundació ACA,
that will include a recital by
Lluís
Maicas and listening to piano music by
Erik
Satie. Within the month of May two recital will be held: on Monday
13 by Xavier Abraham with piano music by
Béla
Bártok, and on Monday 27 with Antoni Gost and a selection of
works for the piano by Antoni Caimari.
On Friday, May 3 at 9 p.m. the Piano Room will hold a reading of the
Proclamation of the "Festa i Fira des Jai" of Búger, by Cecili Buele,
followed by a recital for voice and piano by Jeroni Alenyar. On Friday
May 10, at 9 p.m. in the same Room, the youngsters Esteve Gomila and Miquel
Perelló will give a concert for guitar, drums, flute and xermiers.
On Saturday May 25 at 8 pm. in the Basilica of Nostra Senyora de
Lluc,
the Fundació ACA will present the compact disc "Sabatina a Lluc"
with works by Vicens Joan Rubí and afterwards there will be a concert
by the Coral d'Antics Blauets de Lluc.
Two sessions of Cinema Art-Prohjections complete the May programme.
These will take place in the Funcdació ACA on May 6 and 20 at 9
p.m.
