Acampallengua 2002

Binissalem will hold on May 4 and 5 the new edition of the Acampallengua, macro-camping organised by Joves de Mallorca per la Llengua to demand a complete normalization of the Catalan language and to demonstrate the vitality of the juvenile association movement on Mallorca.

Under the slogan, "Català, llengua d'acollida", the Acampallengua this year will reflect on the interculturality and the future of the Catalan language within the assembly that will approve a manifest on the topic.

The activities programmed will start on the Saturday morning with the inscription and setting up of tents. Amongst others there will be a Correfoc, popular dance and a Catalan rock concert with Los Draps, Syphosis, Els Pets, Mesclat, Antònia Font and Joan Antoni Skarabat.
