Aina Perelló exhibits at the Maior gallery

The artist from Pollença, Aina Perelló (1976) is exhibiting until June 27 at the Maior Gallery in Pollença a series of varied work carried out with different techniques, such as video, photography, drawing and sculpture.

Aina Perelló was the finalist of the XXXVII International Plastic Arts Contest in Pollença and finalist of the Premi Ciutat de Palma 2001. Last summer she participated together with other artists in the performances called "Aftersun 2001" held in Cala Sant Vicenç, Pollença.

According to the artist, one of the most significant works that she is presenting in the exhibition is "Cercant-te", a piece that is comprised of a film and a series of photographs in which the author appears with a large ball made with artificial flowers and an iron structure.
