Fiestas for Sant Joan in Mancor de la Vall

Next Sunday, at 6.30 p.m., in Mancor de la Vall, the bells will ring to announce the beginning of the patron saint fiestas for Sant Joan. The programme of the fiestas, that will continue until Monday 24th, the day of Sant Joan, features theatre, cinema, sporting competitions, equestrian shows, children's activities, a popular open-air super, dances, concerts... as well as the usual religious and traditional events.

Amongst other proposals, worth mentioning is the concert by the group Menaix a Truà, formed by Cris Juanico of Ja T'ho Diré, Juanjo Muñoz of Gossos and the guitarist Toni Xuclà. The trio will perform on Friday 21st, sharing stage with Ke Reague Ska, Gran Orquestra Republicana, Horris Kamoi and Jumping Jack.
