Fiestas in Búger

The "Festes de Sant Pere" began last weekend in Búger with a concert by Mal Vici and Ocults. The events will continue on Wednesday 26 with football and on Thursday several exhibitions will open.

On Friday there will be sporting and children's activities and a playback contest (11 p.m.), followed by Andreu.com's show. On Saturday, as from 11 a.m. there will be a street parade with xeremiers, a Mass, traditional dances and a drink for everybody. In the afternoon, as from 6.30 p.m., human castles by Castellers de Mallorca, and as from 8 p.m., traditional races known as "Corregudes de Joies". The day will end with an open air dance with music by Sabor Latino and Fet a Mà.

The fiestas will finish on Sunday with traditional music, as from 10.30 p.m. by Quart Creixent, and with a grand firework display, at midnight.
