Ramon Llull's aesthetic ideas
Within the framework of the courses of the Universitat d'estiu de la UIB, on July 5, 6 and 7 at the Monestir de Miramar in Valldemossa the "II Curs de Lul·lisme: Les idees estètiques de Ramon Llull" will be held.

The objective of the course is to present the work by Ramon Llull and the lullism in the areas of philosophy and science and its relation with the present world.

The Monestir de Miramar, situated in the property of the same name in the municipality of Valldemossa, was founded in 1776 by Jaume II, at the request of Ramon Llull, to hold a college of missionaries dedicated to the teaching of Arabic and other oriental languages, with a view to preparing friars to convert the heathen to Christianity.
