On Sunday, "Last Fair" in Llucmajor

Llucmajor has been celebrating since September 27 the "Fires 2002". This cycle of autumn fairs, that has been held in this town since 1546, includes a complete programme of cultural and sports activities that will continue until October 19.

The first, second and third fairs have already taken place, and next Sunday, October 13, there will be the "Darrera Fira" (last fair), the most important of all. This day those attending will be able to visit a large exhibition of motorbikes and old cars, agricultural and industrial machinery and all kind of animals, as well as the art exhibitions organised within the fair programme and the show "XXIII Mostra Llucmajorera".

On Monday, October 14, there will be the "Firó", including amongst other activities trotting races as from 3 p.m.

The activities will end on Saturday, October 19, with the "V Diada Juvenil Llucmajove 2002", featuring exhibitions and workshops, dances and the concert Llucmarock.
