Marratxí will celebrate this weekend the "VII Fira de Tardor".
The events will start on Saturday November 2 at 4.30 p.m. with the performance
by the children's entertainment group Carusses and the competition of tasks
with shepherd dogs. At 6 p.m. the fair will be officially opened and at
7.30 p.m. there will be popular dancing with the groups Al-Mayurqa and
Brostada.
On Sunday 3th, the activities will start at 9 a.m. and will continue
throughout the day until the night. A horse show will be held, an exhibition
of farm animals from Marratxí, an alternative fair, an artisan workshop
and a long etcetera of proposals connected with artisancrafts, agriculture
and farm animals.
There will also be different performances by the xeremiers, humancastles
at mid-day (
Al·lots
de Llevant and
Castellers
de Mallorca) and Mallorcan dancing by Aires des Pla de Marratxí.
