Autumn fair in Sa Pobla

Last weekend in Sa Pobla the programme for the fair "Fira de Tardor 2002", started with different events amongst which was the "VII Trobada de Xeremiers i Fira de Luthiers", organised by the cultural association Albopàs.

The festivities will last for the whole week, to lead up to the Fair and exhibition this weekend. Amongst the cultural events prior to the Fair are the VI Wine Tasting, that will take place on Friday 22 at 9 p.m. in the Sala Rex; and the concert that the groups Audience and Sexy Sadie, will give the the same Friday as from 11 p.m. in the Plaça Major.

As for the fair activities on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24, this year the varied character of the fair will be maintained, including the typical stands, and a grand exhibition by the Shopkeepers and Businesses of Sa Pobla, and a medieval market, animal exhibitions, antique furniture, artisan products, etc.
