The spirit of Gaudí in the Mallorca Cathedral

The spirit of Gaudí in the Mallorca Cathedral
The Mallorca Cathedral will hold until December 19 the exhibition "l'espirit Gaudí. Obres a la Seu 1903-1914", a trip with indications round the different objects designed by the architect, Gaudí, and his collaborators, Josep Maria Jujol and Joan Rubió from 1903 to 1914 fulfilling the order for liturgic restoration and the artistic intervention in the gothic temple from the bishop Pere Joan Campins Barceló.

Organised by the Dirección General de Arquitectura y Vivienda of the Govern de les Illes Balears and the Cabildo de la Catedral de Mallorca with the collaboration of the Official College of Architects of the Balearics, directed by  Pere-Joan Llabrés Martorell, canon of the Mallorca Cathedral, and commissioned by Marta Siera, the exhibition opened last November 29 with a guided visit participated by Francesc Antich, president of the Balearic Government, and Teodor Úbeda, bishop of Mallorca.
