Next Saturday, February 15, at 9 p.m., the
Auditori
d'Alcúdia will hold a solidarity concert to benefit the people
from Galicia affected by the ecological and human catastrophe caused by
the Prestige oil slick. The concert, organised by the Plataforma d'Amics
Solidaris d'Alcúdia, will be presented by the theatre group Diabéticas
Aceleradas and will include performances by
Tomeu
Penya,
Fora des sembrat,
Antònia
Font, Valentín Mendoza,
Cap-pela,
Carles Grimalt, Això Camina, Marisa Rojas,
Pemi
Fortuny, Cris Juanico and Juanjo Muñoz. There will also be an
audio-visual collaboration by the actor
Pepe
Rubianes.
The tickets cost 15 euros. Those who cannot attend the concert but still
want to help the people from Galicia, can buy for 10 euros a ticket for
the so called "row 0".
