Shoe fair in Lloseta

Lloseta, like the rest of villages from the Es Raiguer region, has a long tradition in the shoe manufacture industry. The internet presence of the shoe makers Bestard, Comes, Coll and Alcover is a good example of this. Therefore, at this time of the year, the village celebrates a fair dedicated to shoes, where visitors will be able to compare the craft and tools of a handmade shoe with that of the machine made shoe from a factory.

The programme of activities for this weekend includes many other cultural and festive activities, such as a dance with music by the folk group Estel del Cocó on Friday night (May, 30), and a dance with music by the bands Piscis and Arco Iris on Saturday night (May 31). The fair dedicated to shoes will take place on Saturday (May, 31) and Sunday (June, 1), all day.
