Classical Music Festival in Cura and the Pla de Mallorca

Concerts in the churches of Petra, Santa Eugènia, Lloret, Sineu, Porreres, Montuïri and Maria de la Salut and in the Santuari de Cura

Next Saturday, July 19, at 6.45 p.m., in the church of Petra, the first concert of the "XVI Festival Internacional de Música Clàssica de la Mancomunitat del Pla de Mallorca" will take place. The invited group is the Quintet Urfé from the Habana. On July 27, Sunday, at 7 p.m., the New German Orchestra will give the second concert, in the church of Santa Eugènia.

On August 3, Sunday, at 9 p.m., in the church of Lloret, there will be a concert by the Sixters Vocal Group, and on the 18th, Friday, at 9.30 p.m., in the church of Sineu, the Kremlin Orchestra. On August 16, at 8 p.m., the Orquestra Percussió Mallorca will give a concert in the church of Porreres; on August 22, at 9.30 h, in Montuïri, the Octur France chamber orchestra will play; an on August 31, at 8 p.m., the Cor de Cambra Poema Harmònic will give a concert in Maria de la Salut.

Finally, the Scholaris vocal quartet will close the Festival with a concert in the Santuari de Cura on September 14, al 8 p.m.

All the concerts are free.
