The first autumn concert for the season 2003/04 by
Juventudes
Musicales de Palma will be held next Wednesday October 22 in the Círculo
de Bellas Artes (Casal Balaguer). The guest artist on this occasion is
Inocencio Javier Negrín (Tenerife, 1977), young pianist who will
play works by Fryderyk Chopin.
The other four autumn concerts programmed will also take place at the
Casal Balaguer. On October 29 the concert will be by Stanislav Luks (violin)
and Jakub Metelka (piano). On November 12, Luis Miguel Méndez (clarinet)
and TBA (piano). On November 26 there will be a concert by Roberto
Morón (guitar). And finally, on December 17, by Guillermo Salcedo
(fagot) and Tito García (piano).
The five concerts will start at 8 p.m. with free entry.
The local association of Juventudes Musicales en Palma was founded in
1956 and is a member of
JJMM de
España and the
Federación
Internacional de JJMM. Concepció Oliver Roca has presided the
entity since 1977.
