Last Thursday January 22, three new exhibitions were inaugurated
at the
Casal
Solleric in Palma that can be visited until March 21.
The main floor houses the travelling exhibition called "Los
años jóvenes (1960-1970)". Produced by the CAM and
commissioned by Paco
Romero, and the exhibition makes an iconographic trip through the
sixties via communication media, films, theatre, art and literature.
Meanwhile, the mezanine and ground floors of the Solleric are housing
27 final works from the Premi Ciutat de Palma "Antonik Gelabert" for
plastic Art 2003, amongst which is the winning work: the video
installation "Fucking Fashion Rules" by Joan Morey (Sant
Llorenç des
Cardassar, 1972).
Finally, the Espai Quatre, in the basement of the cultural centre, is
housing the installation called
"Síntomas del espectáculo" by Mira Bernabeu.
