The masters of etchings at the Gran Hotel

The Centro Cultural de la Fundación "la Caixa", situated in the old building of the Gran Hotel in the plaza de Weyler de Palma, will house from February 4 til April 4, 2004, the exhibition called "Los maestros del grabado en la Colección del British Museum (siglos XV-XX)". The exhibition will group 114 pieces from the etchings collection of the British Museum, arranged by eras, schools and artists, amongst whom are Dürer, Cranach, Raimondi, Rembrant, Goya, Piranesi, Delacroix, Manet, Degas, Tolouse-Lautrec and Picasso.

Meanwhile, the cultural centre will also house until February 22 the exhibition of photographs by Ellen Auerbach called "La Mirada Intuitiva".
