Summer Serenades in Cala Rajada

In the emblematic Gardens of of the Bartomeu March Foundation.

The Gardens of the Bartomeu March Foundation, in the Torre Cega in Cala Rajada, will be the scene in July for the XVII edition of the series of concerts "Serenates d'estiu". The event is organised by Joventuts Musicals from Capdepera, entity presided by Berta Liesegang.

The programme, that began last Thursday with a gospel concert by Kathy Autrey, features a wide range of different styles and ways of understanding music. In Cala Rajada, those attending, will find concerts in a traditional style combined with others of a heterodox format, always with the customary quality.

The rest of concerts to be held are by: Ursula Segarra, harpa (July 8), Camerata Adratica, with music by Vivaldi (July 15), Vocal Tempo, Cuban group (July 22), and Chominciamiento di Gioia, Medieval music (July 29).
