Dance festival in Cala Millor

From June 18 to December 3, Dansamàniga 2005.

The Sa Màniga Auditorium in Cala Millor will hold from June 18 to December 3 a new edition of the International Dance Festival of the Balearics, "Dansamàniga 2005". The programme for this year, available on the web of the Sant Llorenç des Cardassar Town Council, includes performances by the Spanish Compañía Nacional de Danza directed by Nacho Duato, by the ballet group of the Hermitage Theatre from St. Petersburg, and by the Antonio Canales flamenco ballet group, amongst others. The Festival will also feature performances by Mallorcan ballet groups such as the Conservatori de Música i Dansa, Au Ments and Ballet Jove de Mallorca that will premiere "Alícia", a show for all the family with a choreography by Ion Garnika.
