The GOVERN will not have to compensate the CAPOCORP promoter

The Supreme Court has considered that the Government of the Balearic Islands does not have to pay any indemnity to the companies Capocorp y Cristal SA, for the paralysation of the urbanisation initiated during the Eighties in the zone of Capocorp in Sa Marina of Llucmajor, as a result of the declaration of the zone as an Natural Area of Special Interest (ANEI). The projected urbanisation included more than 400 hectares, had capacity for approximately 12,000 inhabitants and the mentioned companies wanted an indemnification of more than 12,000 million pesetas.
