Calvià will participate in Expo 2000 Hannover

Hannover, capital of Lower Saxony, is preparing to open Expo2000 on June 1. This universal exhibition is the first to be held in Germany, and will close its doors at the end of October this year.

Calvià will be present in three pavilions: the Pavilion of the Sustainable Cities, in the Pavilion of the European Union and in the Spanish Pavilion.

Calvià will also present the project called "Calvià - Converting Tourism for Sustainable Urban Environment" that informs on how it is possible to develop the tourist sector with a decided respect towards the environment.
