Manacor Rock Concert in Palma

Next Friday, August 4, as from 9.30 p.m., the stage situated in the lake of the Parc de la Mar in Palma, will be the scene of the "Mostra de Rock de Manacor in Palma", that will comprise a concert by the most relevant groups in the musical scene of Manacor. The concert will be included in the programme of activities for summer by the Palma Town Council and the groups that will perform are: Not’hifixis, Bajocuerda, Krispats, Alquimia and Sick Gain.

The "Mostra de Rock" from Manacor has been held since 1989, as a promotion activity for the local rock groups and a series of concerts is present during the "Spring Fairs and Fiestas". This year, thanks to an agreement established between the Councils of Palma and Manacor, the "Mostra de Rock" will be presented in Palma, which both the organisers and participating groups consider to be of great value to promote the cultural production from Manacor.
