The GOB proposes to Antich an urbanist and tourist moratorium

The GOB sent on Wednesday a document to the Balearic president, Francesc Antich, and to the Councillor for Public Works, Josep Antoni Ferrer, in which they make a series of consideration on the environment, tourist and building situation and they state the need to adopt definite proposals to contain the tourist and urban growth.
