Exhibition by Carlos S. Verd at the Castell de Son Mas in Andratx

On Friday, in the Council Meeting Room of the Son Mas Castle, the Andratx Council, the exhibition "Resurreccions", by the poet and artist Carlos S. Verd was opened. The exhibition can be visited until September 8, from 10 a.m. till 1 p.m. and 5 till 8 p.m. every day.

Carlos 2. Verd has held several individual exhibitions in Madrid, Palencia and Mallorca. Recently he also took part in the Jornadas Plásticas-Artísticas-Literarias held at the Blanvar Gallery Estudio in Palma.

The paintings by Carlos S. Verd have intensive expression, where light and space play an important part. In words by David Blanco, artist and collaborator of the magazine Correo del Arte, the works by Carlos S. Verd "...are not born with a creative and direct aesthetic aim, but rather the most simple and daily acts; here the artist shows us his communication and talks about his very personal interior world...."
