Maria de la Salut: "VIII Second Hand Market Fair"

Like every year, the last Sunday in September, on September 24, the centre of Santa Maria de la Salut will be the site of the "Second Hand Market Fair, the Flea Market of the Plain", that this year will be holding its eighth event; and also the "Exhibition of Artisan Masters and Businesses", which has been held for the past three years.

The second hand market has now been well accepted every year on Mallorca. There are over 300 stands which will be exhibiting all kinds of articles, such as varied antiques, furniture, machinery, cars, ecological products and many more. At the same time the artisan workers and businesses will exhibit their work for visitors who will see the good quality made or sold in the workshops, industries and shops of Maria.

Different exhibitions can also be visited: an example of embroidery by the pensioners of Maria de la Salut, artisan products carried out by "Artesania des Pla", and paintings by Caty Bonnín, one of the first contemporary artists of the Island.
