Deià becomes part of the "Dry Stone Route"
The Town Council of Deià will donate the houses of Can Boi to the Mallorcan Council. According to the agreement established between the Department for Economic Promotion and Occupation of the Mallorcan Council and the Deià Council, the latter will receive in exchange 25,000,000 pesetas to finance the social-sanitary centre in Deià.

The Mallorcan Council acquires the houses of Can Boi with the view to building a refuge in them, which will have the characteristics and function like the Tossals Verds, and with the view to integrating it into the "Ruta de la Pedra en Sec".
