Initiation course for Astronomy

The Mallorca Astronomic Observatory (OAM) is organising a cource, Initiation to Astonomy, that will be held on March 22 to April 26. The classes will take place at the Observatory in Costitx, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8.30 and 11 p.m.. Meanwhile, the same Observatory is organising for January 31 a conference, "The sun, our star", by Ricard Casas, astrophysicist of the IAC and director of the Sabadell Astronomic Observatory. The ceremony will take place at 8 p.m. at the Club Diario de Mallorca.
