The
Conselleria
de Medi Ambient (Department for Environment) of the Balearic Government
and the Environmental Association Biota are organising the presentation
of
BIOMA, the nature magazine
for the Catalan speaking areas, that will take place on Wednesday, February
28 at 12 mid day in the Sa Nostra Cultural Centre Auditorium in Calle Concepció
in Palma.
At the ceremony will be Miquel Macias, president of the Environment
Association Biota and coordinator of the magazine: Lluc Garcia, director
of the
Societat
d'Història Natural de les Balears; Joan Rita, president of the
GOB; Andreu Ramis, director of
the Obra Social y Cultural of "
Sa
Nostra"; Felip Puig, councillor for
Environment
of the Generalitat de Catalunya; and Margalida Rosselló, councillor
for
Environment
of the Balearic Government.
