"Der Spiegel" published
last March 17,
an
article where they claim that the Foreign and Defence Ministries of
that European country have information that their secret services, similar
to the
NSA (National Security Agency)
controls all the code source of
Microsoft
and can even access the coded data. As a result, "Der Spiegel" informs
that the German government has decided not to use Microsoft programmes
for their most sensitive areas.
