Programme "Nits a la Fresca" in Palma

On Sunday, July 1, the programme "Nits a la Fresca" starts organised by the Palma Town Hall for this summer, with a wide range of cultural activities that will be held daily until September 2. The productions -- music, films, plays and dancing -- are concentrated mainly on two settings, the free ones at the Parc de la Mar and the one with entrance tick at the Bellver Castle.

This year the programme of activities has been extended considerably. The Parc de la Mar will hold the cycles "Cinema a la Fresca", "Teatre a la Fresca", "Cançons de la Mediterrània", the finals of the musical contest "Art Jove", as well as a series of concerts of different styles, and also events included in the international folklore festival of Soller "Sa Mostra".

At the Bellver Castle, there will be the traditional classical music cycles "VIè Festival de Música" and "Serenates d'Estiu", complemented this year by the cycle "Espectacles a Bellver".

Meanwhile, also within the "Nits a la Fresca" programme, at the Casal Solleric there will be the film cycle "Festivals al Solleric" and the music cycle "Buger-Palma" organised by the Fundació ACA; and at the Conservatory the "III International Academy of Music of Palma de Mallorca" will be held.
