Festival Etnosur: mixture of cultures

The V Encuentros Étnicos en la Sierra Sur, Etnosur 2mil1, will be held between July 20 and 22 at the Alcalá de la Real (Jaén). The event will gather together thousands of people who are seeking the essence of the festival: a mixture of cultures.

In the music section there will be the performances by Brother Resistence & de Rapso Riddum Band (Trinidad) and Jimmy Bosch (Puerto Rico), who will perform for the first time in Spain, and Dounia Hédreville, resident singer on Mallorca, who will interpret the concert Cantos del Alma as the vocal soloist and playing the hand percussion and djimbé. Another important performance will be "El Tiempo de los Gitanos", with over fifty muscians on the stage.

Meanwhile, there will be different exhibitions, conferences, popular games, workshops, an artisan market, and Pipiripao area, where different gastronomies of the world can be tasted.
