Concerts in Banyalbufar

Once more, the parish church of Banyalbufar is holding from May to October the traditional cycle of concerts promoted initially be the cultural association Bany-al-bahar and organised now by the Department of Culture of the Town Council.

The programme for this year started last May with the concert by the Cor Juvenil of the Teatre Principal and the next performance, that will take place on June 15, will be by the Coral Euterpe, conducted by Marc Vaquer.

In July, there will be a gospel concert with the group Revelation and in August a recital of "music of the cosmos" by La Hakata Quartet. Marta Ambrós and Kepa Artetxe will interpret works by Brahms, Falla and Bartok, in September and finally the Coral de Sant Jaume, conducted by Mariano Cortés, will perform in October.

In all, six concerts that stand out for their quality and variety, free entry and an exceptional setting.
