Marine procession for Sant Pere in the Port of Sóller

Next weekend the fiestas for Sant Pere, patron saint of fishermen, will be held in the Port of Sóller. The festive events start on Thursday 27 with the opening of the exhibition by Catalina Llaneras at the Casa del Mar and will end on Sunday 30 with theatre by Picadís Teatre.

Open-air dances, children's activities, traditional music and dances, street parades, sporting activities and a popular "trampó" super form the programme of this year, with some other traditional and religious events, such as the Marine Procession, the most colourful activity of the programme, that will be held on Friday 28, as from 9 p.m.
