Alcúdia Jazz

From August 30 to September 27, in Ca'n Torró and in the Auditori d'Alcúdia.

With a total of five performances by well known artists, the Alcudia Jazz cycle will offer a complete range of the different styles of Jazz. In the first concert, on Friday August 30 at the Biblioteca Ca'n Torró, the feminine rock-gospel choir Revelation will be heard. This first concert is free but the invitations have all been taken, limited by the space available in the patio at Ca'n Torró.

The rest of the concerts will be held in September at the Auditori d'Alcúdia, tickets cost 12 euros and can be acquired via telephone 971897185. On September 6, by Mr. Dixie Jazz Band, a Galician band with a Dixieland Chicago style. On September 13, the Miranda Jazz Quartet, a Mallorcan group led by Antoni Miranda. On September 20, Ola Brunkert JazzGroup, the band of the ex drummer of ABBA. Finally, on September 27, the Perico Sambeat Quartet, led by Catalan Saxophonist of the same name.
