The first autumn concert for the season 2002/03 by
Juventudes
Musicales de Palma will be held next Wednesday October 16 in the Círculo
de Bellas Artes (Casal Balaguer). The guest artist on this occasion is
Dragan Vasiljevic (Kragujevac -Yugoslavia, 1981), a young accordionist
who recently won the first prize for the Concurso Permanente de Juventudes
Musicales de España 2002, held in Ciutadella.
The other two autumn concerts programmed will also take place at the
Casal Balaguer. On October 30 by the singer, Adela López and on
November 13 the pianist Álex Ramírez.
The three concerts will start at 8 p.m. with free entry.
The local association of Juventudes Musicales en Palma was founded in
1956 and is a member of
JJMM de
España and the
Federación
Internacional de JJMM. Concepció Oliver Roca has presided the
entity since 1977.
