On October 6, the "XII Nit Bielenca de Búger", organised by
the
Fundació ACA, will
celebrate an homage to the composer Baltasar Moyà Sancho (Capdepera,
1861- Palma, 1923).
The events will begin at 7 p.m. at the
Búger
Town Council, where the attendants will be received by the mayor Miquel
Amengual. Afterwards there will be a street parade by the Banda Municipal
de Capdepera, conducted by Joan Ramon Xamena, ending at the Sant Pere square
with a concert by the Banda de Música, conducted by Ramon Juan Garrigós.
Then the celebration will continue at the Piano hall of the ACA Foundation,
in Son Bielí in Búger, where there will be several speeches
and the presentation of a compact disc that groups music works by Baltasar
Moyà, played by the Banda de Música Municipal de Palma. All
the activities are free except the food and drinks that will be given in
Son Bielí at the end, worth 6 euros.
